Sean was a great partner in our home buying journey. He is highly responsive, clear in his communications and true to his word. If he says he will do something, he does it and promptly. He got us a good price with extras included to assure our new custom-built home met our needs. Sean went above-and-beyond during our process. Of note, he paid for the home inspection, which isn't normally done on new construction. He was wise to do so, as the observations led to a much more complete punch list that also allowed transparency with the builder. He also took the extra measure of interviewing five realtors in our home area and recommended a couple who would do a great job for us. Sean is well-connected in his community, which also helps someone coming into the area as a new resident to gain confidence in their location and home choice. Our closing went super smooth. All his advice was spot-on during our several months long search and purchase process.
